This home renovation in Arabian Ranches was designed for clients who loved hosting and sought a more open, modern space.

To achieve this, structural modifications were made to enlarge the living areas, complemented by the installation of folding doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A newly designed and fitted powder room was also included. The tiled floors were replaced with warm wooden finishes to enhance the cosy yet contemporary aesthetic.

The kitchen was updated with light-toned joinery to brighten the space, accented by sleek black detailing. This contrasting motif was extended to the ceiling, featuring a new AC unit and track lighting, which was carried throughout the rest of the home for a cohesive design.

The renovation was completed in just 10 weeks.
